Returns, Replacements and Refund Policy

FarmingTools.in is operated by KrishiGears.

Because agricultural machinery, engines, fuel-operated tools, blades, chains, consumables, and spare parts must match the buyer's equipment and use case, we do not accept change-of-mind returns for correctly delivered, unused, non-defective products.

Replacement support

Replacement support is available when:

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product arrived damaged in transit.
  • A manufacturing defect is reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • A sealed package is missing required components.

Report window

Customers must contact us within 48 hours for transit damage, wrong item, or missing part claims. Manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Evidence required

Please share order number, photos or video of the product and packaging, and a clear description of the issue. This helps us verify the claim with the courier or supplier.

Non-returnable items unless damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered

  • Used, installed, assembled, fuel-filled, or operated machinery.
  • Blades, chains, nozzles, filters, spark plugs, batteries, belts, carburetors, oils, consumables, and spare parts.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed when replacement is not available, the order is cancelled before dispatch, or support review confirms that refund is the correct resolution. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method where possible.

Warranty or service support

Warranty or service support, if available for a specific product, follows the applicable product and supplier terms. KrishiGears helps customers coordinate support documentation.
