We ship serviceable orders across India through courier, transport, manufacturer, distributor, or supplier warehouse partners.

Processing Time

  • In-stock small items: 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Large machinery or supplier-dispatched products: 3-7 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 3-7 business days after dispatch.
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 4-10 business days after dispatch.
  • Rural or remote serviceable locations: 7-15 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier coverage, supplier dispatch, weather, public holidays, transport disruption, or remote-area serviceability.

Shipping Charges

Shipping cost shown at checkout is the final shipping cost for the order. We do not add hidden shipping charges after checkout.

If a heavy machine, oversized shipment, or remote location cannot be serviced at the checkout shipping amount, we will contact the customer before dispatch. The customer can approve the revised shipping arrangement or cancel the order for a full refund before dispatch.

Tracking

Tracking details are shared by SMS, WhatsApp, email, or phone after dispatch where courier tracking is available.

Transit Damage and Delivery Issues

If a product arrives damaged, the wrong item is delivered, or parts appear missing, contact FarmingTools.in as soon as possible and within the 7-day return window from delivery. Share the order number, clear photos or video of the product, packaging photos, and a clear description of the issue so we can coordinate inspection, replacement, return, or refund review according to the return policy.

Eligible returns follow our Returns, Replacements and Refund Policy. Return cost is free for eligible approved returns. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days after inspection and approval, subject to payment gateway or bank timelines.
