Eligible Return, Replacement or Exchange Cases

Customers must contact FarmingTools.in within 7 days from delivery for eligible return, exchange, replacement, missing-part, wrong-item, transit-damage, or manufacturing-defect support.

Eligible support may apply only after review and approval. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging unless FarmingTools.in gives written support confirmation for a specific case.

Evidence Required

Please share the order number, clear photos or video of the product, photos of the packaging, and a clear description of the issue. This helps us verify the claim with the courier, transport partner, supplier, or manufacturer.

Condition of Returned Product

To be eligible, the product must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and included parts/accessories. Agricultural machinery, engines, blades, chains, consumables, and spare parts must also match the product-specific return eligibility shown on the product page or support confirmation.

Return Method and Label

Do not send a product back before return approval. For eligible approved by-mail returns, FarmingTools.in will provide a downloadable/printable return label or written return instructions where applicable.

Non-Returnable Cases

  • Used, installed, assembled, fuel-filled, operated, or field-used product.
  • Product damaged after delivery due to wrong handling, misuse, installation error, fuel/oil use, accident, or external damage.
  • Returned product with missing parts, missing accessories, missing packaging, or altered serial/model identification.
  • Consumables, oils, fuel-operated wear parts, blades, chains, nozzles, filters, spark plugs, batteries, belts, carburetors, or spare parts where product-specific exclusions apply.
  • Any product-specific exclusion clearly shown on the product page, invoice, brand documentation, supplier documentation, or written support confirmation.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after inspection and approval. If a return is approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method where possible and is processed within 7 days after approval, subject to payment gateway or bank timelines. If replacement or exchange is available and suitable, replacement or exchange support may be offered instead of refund.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

Cancellation may be possible before dispatch after support review. Once an order is packed, dispatched, or handed to a courier, transport partner, manufacturer, distributor, or supplier warehouse, cancellation may not be possible.

Warranty or Service Support

Warranty or service support, if available for a specific product, follows the applicable product, brand, manufacturer, supplier, invoice, or written support terms. Do not assume a fixed warranty period unless it is stated on the product page, invoice, brand documentation, or written support confirmation.
