# Returns, Replacements & Refund Policy

At FarmingTools.in, most products are shipped directly from manufacturers and suppliers across India. Due to the nature of agricultural machinery, equipment, engines, and spare parts, returns are restricted and governed by the following policy.

## 1. No Return Policy

We do not accept returns for products that have been delivered correctly and are free from manufacturing defects.

Please review product specifications, dimensions, compatibility, and usage requirements carefully before placing your order.

Returns will not be accepted for:

- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection by customer
- Product no longer required
- Better price found elsewhere
- Minor cosmetic issues not affecting functionality
- Delay caused by courier partners
- Products already used, installed, assembled, fueled, or operated

## 2. Replacement Eligibility

Replacement requests will only be considered in the following cases:

- Product received damaged during transit
- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defect identified upon delivery
- Missing components in sealed package

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

## 3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

An uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for any claim involving:

- Transit damage
- Missing parts
- Wrong product received

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may be rejected.

## 4. Inspection Process

All claims are subject to verification by:

- FarmingTools.in
- Manufacturer
- Supplier
- Courier partner

Approval of replacement is solely at the discretion of the supplier/manufacturer after verification.

## 5. Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for delivered products except when:

- Replacement is unavailable
- Supplier confirms manufacturing defect
- Order is cancelled before dispatch

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

## 6. Spare Parts & Accessories

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

- Blades
- Chains
- Nozzles
- Filters
- Spark Plugs
- Batteries
- Belts
- Carburetors
- Consumables
- All spare parts

Unless damaged during transit.

## 7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

## 8. Warranty

Products covered under manufacturer warranty will be serviced according to the manufacturer's warranty terms.

Warranty claims do not qualify for refunds.

Warranty resolution may include:

- Technical support
- Replacement parts
- Repair
- Service center assistance
